I love a good old fashioned smoothie!
Here’s a couple ingredients to make the best go to drink for your morning or afternoon:
Grab a handful of blueberries and raspberries,
half a banana, and about 3-4 strawberries
Cut the banana into slices and dice the strawberries
Use a liquid of your choice! I’ll be using Almond Milk
Add 1/4 into the blender
Toss all the fruit next!
Blend away and you got yourself a berry banana smoothie full of nutrition and happiness!
