1. bring 1 cup of water & sprinkle of salt to a boil
2. add 1/3 cup of oats cook for 5-8 minutes
3. mix in 1 scoop of protein (i used orgains simple chocolate & peanut butter protein)
4. add chopped strawberries, almonds, almond milk!
