You’ll need ✨:
1. Onion (thick slice)
2. Zucchini (1/2 of a whole)
3. Cauliflower rice (1 cup)
4. Spinach (1 handful)
5. Black beans (1/4 cup)
6. 2 eggs
7. Salsa
8. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper
Instructions: sauté the veggies ( I use water personally to limit excess oil) season. Set veggies aside in a separate bowl. Cook 2 eggs (I like mine over easy) season with salt & pepper. Place eggs in bowl, top with salsa 💃🏼
