Here’s my go to protein shake after a good workout! I know I said 44G of protein in the video but it’s actually 46G!
I start off with my Movita Smoothie pack which is delicious and peanut butter flavored. It includes 24G of protein, 390 calories and 3g of sugar total! It is meant to be used as a meal replacement but I’m trying to increase my calorie intake since I don’t really eat large portions and I’m trying to get those booty gains 🙌
Next I like to add in the Power Plant Based Protein from Level Ten. This is my first time trying plant based protein and I am super curious to see how I feel after just using plant based protein alone (I am trying to be more plant-based as I mentioned in a previous post). I used their vanilla flavored one but they also have chocolate and come in little travel friendly packs! These contain 22G of protein, 140 calories, and ZERO added sugar. It also includes Organic mushroom complex (maitake, reishi, himematsutake, turkey tail, shiitake, lion’s mane, zhu ling, chaga, cordyceps sinensis, meshimakobu) – touted for its immune system regulating properties.
