This is the 🔥 method I use to get a perfect, even cat eye in less than 5 min:
✨ draw out bottom line from outer eye edge
✨ starting at outer edge, draw from end point to about the center of the iris (as dramatic as ya like)
✨fill in your shape (shake liner for more product)
✨use the liner horizontally to stamp in the remaining of the eye line
✨even out as needed !
