I truly believe a setting powder and make or break your makeup look. It is one of the final steps in my makeup routine to help set your makeup look. I recently purchased the One Size Ultimate Setting Powder and I am going to provide and in depth review of the product to see if it really is the Ultimate Setting Powder!
First, some commonly asked questions ⁉️
Q: Is setting powder necessary?
A: Well this depends on your skin type. Setting powder is typically used in the final step of the makeup process. A translucent powder is pressed or lightly dusted on top of liquid foundation to help “set” the makeup to prevent it from transferring or rubbing off throughout the day. This often helps reduce the tacky feeling liquid foundation can leave on the skin. If you have combination or oily skin this step can be particularly helpful in reducing shine. If you have dry skin or are using powder products only this may not be necessary.
Q:Where can you buy One Size Beauty?
A: On their website, at Sephora, or if you are a Boxycharm member you can purchase via the Drop Shop some months!
Q:What are or are not in the products?
A: One Size Beauty Products are made in the USA. All of their products are vegan, cruelty free, and paraban free.

Final thoughts 🤷🏼♀️
I have tried so many setting powders from drugstore to high end. This is only the second product I have tried from One Size Beauty. The packaging is so cute! There is a dual lock system to help minimize the mess. I noticed right away that this didn’t seem as finely milled as it claims. I applied with a beauty blender puff to my under eyes, jawline, and forehead and the brushed off the excess with a big fluffy brush. I noticed it enhances the fine lines under my eyes and it even got patchy through the day. I found it worked best for me with a BB cream and a very small amount of powder as shown in my photos. It did minimize shine and it did last fairly long through out the day. I likely will not purchase again as I have other products that work better for my combo skin.
