When you’re in a plank position keep these tips in mind:
⚡️Maintain a neutral spine and neck.
⚡️Keep your hips from sinking by tucking your butt in, squeezing your glutes and locking your ribcage down. Engage every muscle in your body!
⚡️Try your best not to sink down into your shoulders. Actively press away into the floor.
⚡️And finally, remember to breathe!
