Hello PrismPop!
Back again today with a winged eyeliner tutorial using only three items; scotch tape, liner paint brushes and my neon water activated cake liners by Lust Bar Cosmetics.
First I place the scotch tape at the right angle I want my wing. I use tape as I am not comfortable enough with my line skills to freehand.
You can use your regular makeup brushes with these liners but I purchased a set of tiny detail paint brushes from Walmart to use with these and just need the tinest bit of water.
I placed the neon orange down first letting it dry completely before going in with the neon yellow just on the outer part of the wing for an added POP!
