I tend to avoid using gel nail polish because I hate the removal process. It's always such a pain to me. Having to sit there with tin foil & cotton balls drives me crazy. I just don't have the patience for that.
👀 I saw this Nail Polish Steamer going viral online and decided to try it for myself to see if it's worth the hype. This one was sent to me by the brand and I have no obligation to post anything here or recommend it. That being said, here are my thoughts...
💅 Bask LA - Steam Pro Gel Nail Polish Remover

✨Easily remove gel nail polish at home.
✨ Doesn't damage your natural nails.
🧐 How it works:
1️⃣Fill the inside chamber with pure acetone
2️⃣Place the lid on and turn on the machine to heat up
3️⃣Once the red light turns green, it's ready to use
4️⃣Buff the surface of the nail to help remove your polish easily
5️⃣Put your hand inside for 3-5 minutes. You can pull it out to check every so often.
6️⃣Finished! Your polish should flake right off when you wipe it away.
Pros:
✅ By far, the easiest way I've ever removed gel nail polish!
✅Fast! I had my gel nail polish off within 3 minutes on each hand. Keep in mind, I'm wearing 2 layers of gel nail polish. If you're wearing gel nails or anything thicker, it is likely to take more time.
✅Damage free.
Cons:
❌Doesn't work on regular nail polish, gel nail polish only.
Competitor:
Gel Polish Remover Machine Set
✨ Steams nails to remove gel, acrylics, gel-x etc.
✨No more scraping & damaging natural nails.
✨12-15 minutes to remove gel.
Pros
✅Less expensive
Cons
❌Some reviews complained that it took too long.
❌Some users complain they have to do it multiple times.
📝 Conclusion:
Overall, I am totally impressed with how well this works. It's easy to use and the fastest way I've ever removed gel nail polish. If you like to use gel nail polish, I would say this is a must have. For me personally, I try to limit chemical exposure as much as possible. So when I use nail polish remover, I try my best to keep it on the nail and not my fingertips. With this machine you may have your fingertips soaking in acetone for a few minutes. I may have done this wrong as the competitor product says not to let fingers touch the acetone. It doesn't hurt or anything, I just love peeling nail polish so I don't have to use much nail polish remover or acetone in general. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes to do gel nails or use gel nail polish etc.
