This is why Iโm in the bathroom all day long!!! Hydration Schedule
6:00 AM - I always leave a full glass of water by my bed !! The first thing I do when I wake up, is drink the full thing before Iโm allowed to leave my bed !! I also spend that time to plan my day !
7:00 AM - Celsius for my workout. Itโs sparkling water with Green Tea for caffeine so It wonโt dehydrate you !!!
9:00 AM - I LOVE BUBBLES AND CARBONATIONS!! With most of my meals Iโll have a La Croix.
11:30 AM - At some point mid day, I fill a large mason jar with water and lemon ! I refill it about 3 to 4 times in one day!!
1:00 PM - For lunch, alongside whatever my meal is, Iโll have a green juice!! This one is from Erewon! Get nutrition and stay hydrated !!
4:00 PM - Since Iโm obsessed with carbonation and wonโt allow myself a Diet Coke ... I CRUSH another La Croix ๐๐๐
8:00 PM - Before bed I make a Chamomile and Lavender Tea! Sometimes Iโll had ginger and lemon to it !!!
DONT FORGET TO FILL YOUR WATER BEFORE BED !!!!
