This is why I’m in the bathroom all day long!!! Hydration Schedule
6:00 AM - I always leave a full glass of water by my bed !! The first thing I do when I wake up, is drink the full thing before I’m allowed to leave my bed !! I also spend that time to plan my day !
7:00 AM - Celsius for my workout. It’s sparkling water with Green Tea for caffeine so It won’t dehydrate you !!!
9:00 AM - I LOVE BUBBLES AND CARBONATIONS!! With most of my meals I’ll have a La Croix.
11:30 AM - At some point mid day, I fill a large mason jar with water and lemon ! I refill it about 3 to 4 times in one day!!
1:00 PM - For lunch, alongside whatever my meal is, I’ll have a green juice!! This one is from Erewon! Get nutrition and stay hydrated !!
4:00 PM - Since I’m obsessed with carbonation and won’t allow myself a Diet Coke ... I CRUSH another La Croix 😂😂😂
8:00 PM - Before bed I make a Chamomile and Lavender Tea! Sometimes I’ll had ginger and lemon to it !!!
