My super easy go-to daily protein shake! Sometimes I like to add more ingredients but this is just super basic and straight to the point and doesn’t require much grocery shopping! Protein shakes are a supplement to your diet, so it’s just a way to get your protein intake in if you aren’t getting it from food alone. I by no means use this as a meal replacement - this is in addition to my 3 meals a day! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 so I’m not vegan, but I personally do use vegan protein powder. Whey protein hurts my stomach, but protein powder type is truly unique to each individual when it comes to preference! I love that it has 30g of protein per serving though. Almost milk is Greg for the substance of the shake. I just personally prefer the unsweetened kind! (Again, what I like and works best for me may not be the same for everyone). I change up the fruits that I add, but I love bananas and strawberries the most. You bc an also buy frozen fruit as well! That way you won’t necessarily need to add extra ice. Enjoy your shakes! 🥤
