For all the artists, art history enthusiasts , and makeup lovers out there...This brand is for YOU

I was hesitant to purchase from this newer, indie makeup site but I am so so glad that I took a chance.
Musèe Beauty was founded in 2018 by two sisters who have a passion for art + makeup. After reading their FAQ on museebeauty.com I could really relate to their mission and appreciate the beautiful aesthetic of their products

Each product is curated with an art period/influence in mind to create a story.

***Packaging***
I have to say I am SHOOK after opening this box. The packaging of these items is better than any other product I have received aesthetic wise. True to their artistic ideals, these sisters have served works of art from the outer box, to the palette, to the fitting pan names inside 🖼. I really like how sturdy/chunky these cardboard palettes are and they also include a mirror.
***Color Schemes***
I researched Vincent Van Gogh while in school; finding the link between depression and creativity. So, I was really excited to see this Van Gogh Palette. The colors are unlike any other combination I own, and they are a stunning combination of colors used in Starry Night.
The Impressionism Palette is true to the idea of light being a captivating and strong influence during the Impressionism era. There are many pastel shades with a few iridescent/shimmery colors to let you play around with light reflecting the eyelid. I am impressed with the color variety.
The Colorsheen highlight duo looks to be a cream formula that I’m dying to play with. For $20 highlight it’s in the range of a prestige price, but there are two large pans which makes it worth it to me! This is a part of the Impressionism collection as well ✨
Once I create some looks and swatches for you guys I’ll decide if this brand is worth chasing after! So far, I am very, very impressed with what I have seen in person as well as on their website 😍
What palette would you like to see swatches and looks from first ??
