✔️ Long-lasting - Many mascaras claim to be long-lasting, but I have to reapply them constantly throughout the day. I want to be confident that the mascara I use will give me the look I want all day!
✔️Do what it claims - There are mascaras for volumizing or lengthening your lashes. I always check that mascara does what it tells me it will!
✔️ Feel - I always pay attention to how mascara makes my lashes feel. I love products that moisturize my lashes, leaving them feeling strong and soft.

✔️ True to claims - Kush mascara does what it says it will. It is marketed as a cruelty-free volumizing mascara that lets me choose how much volume I want.
✔️ Soft lashes - Kush mascara leaves my lashes feeling soft. The cannabis seed oil moisturizes my lashes, and I feel confident using it every day!
✔️ Vegan ingredients - Overall, Kush mascara is a great product. I love that it is a vegan product that uses natural ingredients, so it doesn’t irritate the skin around my lashes. It even has a lash-care benefit due to its natural moisturizing formula!

No Mascara Is Perfect 😒
❌ Smudges on hot days - My biggest complaint about the Kush mascara is that it starts to smudge on hot days. During the summer months, I have to be careful that I do not end up with small black marks under my eyes.
How Milk Mascara Compares To Other Mascaras
I am so happy with Milk's makeup. To finish my review, I compared it to three other mascara brands.
a. Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara ✨
The Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara gives you long, voluminous lashes. The effect is the same as fake eyelashes. Like the Milk makeup, Essense is cruelty-free and vegan.
I was really impressed with how the mascara give me thicker-looking lashes. The mascara came with a conic fiber brush that separated and lengthened my lashes.
The Essense Lash Princess mascara is a great value. I was impressed with the intense volume it gave me and I will use it again in the future.
b. Glossier Lash Slick ✨
The Glossier Lash Slick is lifting and lengthening mascara. It is cruelty-free and comes in a sleek mascara tube that I loved.
I loved that the Glossier Lash Slick mascara did not smudge at all. The formula is water-resistant and smudge-resistant and looked great all day long.
I noticed that after a few uses this mascara seems to dry out a little bit. I prefer the intense volume of the Kush but would recommend this to people who want a more natural look.
c. Maybelline Volum' Express the Falsies Washable Mascara ✨
The Maybelline Volum' Express mascara gives intense volume. The flexible wand makes it easy to build up the look you want. It comes in three different shades, so you can decide how dramatic of a look you want.
Overall, I like the Volum' Express mascara. It gave me the glamorous eye makeup look that I was going for!
These are all great mascara options. My favorite is still the Milk Kush high-volume mascara because it gave me the most dramatic look. The other mascaras looked good, but Kush left my lashes feeling strong and healthy.
To test Kush I first applied the Kush Lash Primer. I let it dry before applying the mascara. For an even better look, try using your lash curler!
I love that the buildable vegan mascara lets me layer without getting clumps.
Kush mascara is long-lasting and dramatic. I love the way it looks and feels. I did not need to reapply at all during the day!
