Ingredients
•Mushrooms
•Jalapeño
•Vegan Breakfast Sausage (beyond meat)
•Rice
•Eden’s Black Beans
•Eggs
•Avocado
• Chalula
Chop the Mushrooms, Jalapeño, and Sausage and place it all into a pan with a small amount of Vegan Butter, Salt and Pepper.
Hard Boil the eggs for 7 min. Boil water first, then place them in!
Every Sunday I make a giant pot of rice so I can use it in different meals throughout the week! Throw some into the Pan with the beans halfway through the cooking time !!
Mix all together! Place in a Bowl, and top with the eggs and avocado!! If you like some spice add Chalula !!!
