Hi everyone 🥰
Today I felt like playing around with colors I’ve never used before- green and blue! I really loved the outcome of this look so I wanted to share with you how I created this mermaid 🧜🏼♀️ eyeshadow look with James Charles x Morphe Palette!
Keep reading for details 👀
• Step ONE• I used the morphe brush no. M433 to blend shade color “social blade”. This is my base shade and I apply it in windshield wiper motions (I go back and forth a lot- blending is key!)
•Step TWO• Using morphe brush no. M456 I apply shade color “daddy” on the outter corner of my eye. This is my transition color, you want to create an ombre effect in your eyelid.
•Step THREE• Using morphe brush no. M506 I applied shade color “cola” which is a navy blue. I focused on the outter corner of my eye again, using it almost as an eyeliner but making sure it’s blended.
•Step FOUR• Using morphe brush no. M124 I packed my highlighter shade “hello” on my inner corner and continued applying through the center of my both my top and bottom eyelid.
•Step FIVE• Apply shades “social blade” and “daddy” along the bottom lashes using morphe brush no. M441
•Step SIX• Apply black liquid eyeliner to create a wing. I like using the KVD beauty tattoo liner for this!
•Step SEVEN• I apply mascara (L’Oreal telescopic in carbon black) and fake eyelashes to finish up the look! My favorite lashes are by Lilly Lashes in style MIAMI
Use clear scotch tape on the outter corner of your eye through the bottom of your eyebrow to help keep the eyeshadow in place. After you’re done applying eyeliner you can remove the tape and VOILA you have a perfectly clean corner!
