I am absolutely loving my Hyperice Core Meditation Trainer. I love the sleek and stylish look of the woodgrain and the classic chic white base. It is easily incorporated to my vintage wooden decor in my bedroom. The size is absolutely perfect, it fits comfortably in your hand and the metal sensors are easily reached with your thumbs.
The app is available on both IOS and android so it is available to everyone and is easily installed. There is a fee for the premium app but you get one full free year with purchase of the meditation trainer or you can also access free content. I love all the amazing exercises that you can do for breathing, relaxing, destressing and getting a better nights sleep.
This awesome little meditation trainer has helped me to not only sleep better but feel so energized and ready for whatever lies ahead of me.
