There are so many reasons to love and use Frankincense essential oil (including relaxation, spiritual connection, arthritic pain reduction, eliminating airborne bacteria, etc.) The list literally goes on and on! There is a reason it has earned the title “The King of Oils”, because of its wide range of uses and versatility.
I’m sharing with you how I use it alongside my meditation practice, which results in increased intuition, focus, connection to the present moment and relaxation.
💫Option #1
Apply a few drops of frankincense essential oil to a water diffuser to bring enhanced meditative qualities into your room.
💫Option #2
Apply a few drops of carrier oil (I like using jojoba oil and coconut oil) + a few drops of frankincense essential oil into your hand. Rub your palms together to activate the scent even further. Separate your palms and hold towards your nose, as you take 5-10 deep breathes/inhalations.
