Hello everyone! In today’s video I am trying a vegan alfredo sauce from the brand Primal Kitchen. This is not a fully vegan brand and if you are vegan you have to watch out for hidden ingredients even in some of their dairy free items, BUT I checked this one out multiple times and it seems safe.
This item cost about $7 at Ralph’s, my local grocery store. It was in the same section as the other pasta sauces!
My review
- high price point for the value of the sauce. Normally, this is about $11 or $12?? Way too much for how much sauce there is.
- texture was nice and creamy. I did enjoy the texture.
- flavor wise, it was a bit sour. On its own I didn’t particularly love it, but with the extra items I added it tasted pretty good.
Would I recommend? Ehh. It’s okay but you can make a much better (and more affordable one) at home.
