Foundation routine makeup tutorial for normal to dry skin
💛 Step by step foundation routine makeup tutorial for normal to dry skin using Danessa Myricks & Dose Of Colors
🌸 If you like using makeup sponges and you really want your foundation to give all the coverage it possibly can I highly suggest you try using a Microfiber beauty sponge.
💖 Here I used a microfiber velvet beauty sponge, I didn’t wet it at all, it didn’t suck up all my foundation and because of that it gave me more coverage than a regular non microfiber velvet sponge that’s wet. I’m actually really surprised that it didn’t drink up more product since sponges do that and especially when they’re dry. I can’t wait to wash them and see how that goes.
🌸 The foundation I used is medium buildable coverage and I only used one pump per side. This foundation is in my top 5 for sure, it leaves your skin with a satin matte finish. It gives you time to blend, they have so many shades and it plays well with other products without pilling.

💖 I tried the Danessa Myricks vision flush in toasted almond, i used it as a bronzer on top of my foundation, it blended so well, gave me time to blend and it looks so pretty on the skin. With this specific product you can use it on your eyes, lips and cheeks. You know how I feel about a multitasking products. Wether A product is geared to be multitasking or not I will try to get as many uses out of one product as possible. Apply with a sponge, duo fiber brush, or any kind of synthetic brush. All of those options work well with any kind of liquid or cream product.

🌸 I also gave the Danessa Myricks Dewy cheek and lip palette a go. It has 4 gorgeous shades that complement so many skin tones & she even has different palettes in different color stories. These double as blush & as lip colors. It gives the skin a beautiful dewy glow that doesn’t bother the makeup I’ve already laid down. At this point I haven’t set my face. You can set with a translucent Setting powder for a complementing powder blush. Applying this is so easy and can be done with any makeup application tool. I sometimes apply with a sponge, duo fiber brush, or any kind of synthetic brush. All of those options work well with any kind of liquid or cream product.
