You’ll need balloons, string of some sort and tape if possible! First blow up 3 balloons and tie the bases together to create like a clover of sorts!!! Repeat this method until you’ve used all your balloons.
Next the fun post grab your string and more stack the balloons in a cross cross form and tie the string to the base continue this method until your stack is complete and voila you have balloon towers.
