Walking a few times a week is My favorite routine to get my miles in. Walking has so many benefits, as you can see I stated in the video but there’s so much more than just those. Remember to treat your body and mind good and be one with nature. You dont need to be a super star gym rat to get fitness in & you dont always have to follow the rules. Be easy on yourself and enjoy the beauty around you by going for a walk!
