With all the holiday cooking, I thought this would be helpful to share. Kevlar gloves are only about $10! You can find them on Amazon, Walmart, hardware stores, etc.
I read USA data from ‘08 that suggested about 1,200 knife accidents happen daily. It happened to me & I got very lucky because I still have full mobility but immediately after my accident (it’s always after!) - I bought ✨Kevlar gloves.✨
Kevlar + knife skill courses have helped me feel safer in the kitchen. (btw, it’s not just for the kitchen but I keep mine in the kitchen.)
