As a person who has undergone a 40-pound weight loss transformation myself and has maintained this physique 5 years later, Iām here to share my secrets with you! And ultimately, the big āsecretā is truly just CONSISTENCY!!! Itās the work we want to avoid. Itās not about buying into the next diet trend, or doing a juice cleanse. Itās not about absolutely smashing it every single day. Itās more about little daily efforts that add up over time and turn into big changes. Focus on winning the day. Thatās it. Yes, set long term goals. But focus on what you need to get done today to get you one step closer to that goal. Then keep going, and keep going some more, and then, keep on going even more. Youāre going to mess up from time to time. Itās just part of the process. Donāt expect perfection from yourself and donāt beat yourself up! Donāt trip up over the mistakes, just get back up again the next day and keep going. Everyday is a new chance to make new choices.
