Today was a gloomy day so naturally it was a soup day!😍 In an instant pot, combine 1.5 lbs of shredded chicken, 6 cups chicken broth, 2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilis, 2 cans of black beans, 1 can of corn, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, black pepper and paprika in crockpot. Mix until spices are dispersed. These are the seasonings you will use!
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 2 tsp salt
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 2 tsp chili powder
* 1 tsp cumin
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp paprika
Cook on low for 2 hours with the pressure cook timer at 14 minutes. If you have a crock pot, slow cook for 5 hours. Once it’s done top it off with your favorite toppings. I like to use tortilla chop, green yogurt, avocado, & cilantro. It was sooo YUMMY!
