Today we will do very tasty and very healthy smoothie.
Ingredients we need:
Mango ( I can use fresh or frozen mango)
Pineapple ( same as mango, you can use frozen or fresh)
Milk ( you can use any milk, I used SILK almond and cashew unsweet vanilla)
Now let’s start to make smoothie:
First let’s blend mango, pineapple, banana, 1 spoon or 2 peanut butter and milk, and after we done on top add some seeds chia and flax.
