If you’re ever feeling any sort of pains in any part of your body, it’s most likely because something is off on your form!
I always highly recommend video taping yourself and watching it back because you may think you’re doing the squat correctly when in fact you are not!
I always thought I had the BEST form when working out and at one point I was having knee and rib cage pains when working out, so I decided to go to a doctor to get it checked out. When I saw her, she told me that my form was totally off 😂 and that’s what started causing my body to be misaligned and cause aches and pains. After working with her, I’ve learned a lot about the human body and proper form technique for various exercises and I want to share it all with you so you don’t injure yourselves like I did!!
