Fruit 🍌 : 1 whole mango, blueberries, 1/2 apple, 1/2 banana!
Toppings 🥜: chia seeds, hemp seeds, granola of choice, nut mix (or just nuts), cinnamon & honey!

1. Carbs: the fruit, & granola
2. Fats: nuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, mango
3. Protein: nuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds
