Ok so , lets start!
first tour going to oil your pan and then add some butter.
Then you will put your chicken. Dont keep fliping the chicken , let it set for 7-12 mins on one sode then flip and do the other . Cook to the crispiness of your liking.
Now that your chicken is cooked in the same pan we are going to make the Alfredo sauce.
Add butter to that pan and melt it. Then your going to add flour little by little mixing it in to the Coconsistency in the picture shown above.
Now little by little add tour milk or condensed milk. You will pour a little then mix until smooth and add a little more and do the same until its all liquid make aure to mix and blend all the little pockets of flour or else you will have a lumpy sauce.
Continue to mix once all milk is added so it stays smooth.
Empty your pasta and strain it leave a little pasta water for flavoring.
Your going to add your spices.
I use ; cummin, dash of oregano, salt, chili pepper, salt, thyme & parsley.
Mix your pasta into your thickened Alfredo sauce and mix that bad boy with heat still on low.
Add milk if tou want it more saucy add cheese if you want . ( if cheese is added and is to thick add milk to strech the cheese out)
&& last add your chicken .
