You probably already know how crucial it is to eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible in order to get the essential nutrients you need to look, perform and feel your best.
🍒 However, many of us struggle to eat enough of them, if any at all, on a daily basis.
🥒 While I consistently try to put in a strong effort to eat at least 5 servings of fruit & veggies each day, there will be days where I fall short. I get lazy, I need to go to the grocery store, and some days I straight “just don’t feel like it.”
