Today I wanted share what I pack in my bag when I go to the gym! Even if you do not go to a gym, these are also just essentials to have while working out. 🏋️♀️
The first thing to have are workout clothes to change into. My favorite workout clothes are from Gymshark! It is important to have sturdy high-quality leggings that don’t become see-through when you squat. 👀 Having cute workout clothes that make me feel confident also motivates me to work out! 💕 I also always have a scrunchie to tie my hair up and away from my face when I work out.
The next thing I like to bring is a resistance band. Resistance bands are elastic bands that are great for strengthening your upper body, glutes, hips, thighs, and calves. ☺️ On slide 3, I have an infographic of resistance band workouts. I like to bring my resistance band to the gym to use with weights, but you can also use it without any equipment at home!
I also keep some beauty products from Trader Joe’s in my workout bag. After my workout, I use the Trader Joe’s Cucumber + Citrus Face and Body Wipes to cleanse my face and body. These wipes are great for removing sweat and body odor from working out and leave a nice, fresh scent. I also like spraying the Trader Joe’s Rose Water Toner to refresh my face after a workout. 💕 These products not only leave me smelling fresh but also prevents acne that can come from sweating.
I also bring my Apple earbuds so I can listen to music while working out! ☺️
Finally, I never go to the gym without bringing a water bottle and a snack! 😋 I like cereal/granola bars and bananas to replenish my carbohydrates after working out. And of course, water is essential to stay hydrated!
