Setting aside a time & place to dedicate to ME.
Challenging my body & pushing what I think my limits are. I wanted to bring you along my work out at the gym not just to show you what I ended up doing, but to show you how I struggle.
There are moments I’m tired, I shake to get up, I’m wobbly and I’m frustrated with myself. Those moments are where I find myself growing out of the most. Whatever I can do in my workouts, however I react is something I can take & practice in my everyday life.
