#haircare #curlyhair hey guys! So I am new to the curly hair crew since I just recently started embracing my curls a few months ago. I used to straighten and use a curling iron for those cute waves but with all the color and damage its done to my hair I realized its not worth it especially since Covid times we’re all mostly covered with our masks or just staying home. If anyone has tips on how to get my hair more volume please let me know!
It’s not noticeable in pictures but I have fine thin curly hair.
I use 2 different shampoos, one to clean my hair out (malibu un do goo) when theres so much build up of products in my hair and a moisture shampoo (shea moisture curl and shine) Then I use a volumizing conditioner (IGK weightless replenishing conditioner)
As for products, I use several products shown in the pics but my (go-to) step by step after I shower is:
1. Aveda thickening tonic (spray all over my hair and scalp)
2. Deva curl leave in texture & volume (controversy product - I’ve seen reviews I know, but I really like this curl cream so much compared to the others I’ve used so I usually use pea size amount)
3. IGK coxonut oil gel (I also use pea size amount)
I then use my diffuser to dry my hair for about 20 minutes in low mode.
That is it! hopefully this helps for those who want to try out these products and if you have similar hair texture as I do. 😅😉
