You guys asked, so here it is! These are by far one of the best Girl Scout cookies out there! So let’s make them healthy and delicious!
All you need is...
1 cup of coconut shreds
1 cup of packed dates
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
💕 to a blender or food processor add the coconut and dates and give it a blend. Half way through add a pinch of salt and blend again!
💕 Roll the mixture into balls and press them onto parchment paper. Let them sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours
💕 Melt the chocolate and dip the bottom of the cookies in it. Drizzle some chocolate on top to make it fancy!
