Oil pulling is an ancient practice that involves swishing oil in your mouth to remove bacteria and promote oral hygiene. It can help reduce bath breath, prevent cavities, and help improve gum health.
I started oil pulling years ago when I noticed my gum line receding. It wasn’t an instant fix but with consistent, continued practice my dentist and I noticed a huge improvement in my gum health but additionally I also noticed a big improvement in my skin. My pimples seemed to become fewer and less severe.
I like to use coconut oil but you can also use sunflower oil, sesame oil or olive oil.
