CRISPY GARLIC FETA FRIES 🥔🧄🍷
This is one of our favorite dishes to order at our local Mediterranean restaurant. I decided to try to recreate them with my own spin. We loved these easy feta fries packed with flavor. Enjoy!
What you’ll need:
3-4 russet potatoes thoroughly cleaned and dried (you can peel based on preference)
Extra virgin olive oil
2-4 cloves of garlic depending on how much you like it (we used 4 😜)
Lawry’s garlic salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
Crushed red pepper
French feta (try to find French feta as it’s much more creamy and mild!)
Garnish with chopped parsley
*Coat your fries with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper and bake at 425/450 degrees for approximately 15 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Combine about 3 tbsp. olive oil, finely minced garlic and crushed red pepper - stir on low/medium heat for a couple minutes. Plate fries immediately, top with garlic oil, crumbled feta, and chopped parsley. Serve with ketchup (optional) and enjoy!*
