Sooji, or semolina is what we know as cream of wheat. Here’s a really fun way to get over the mundane grilled cheese sandwiches and bruschettas!
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- White Bread
- 1 Cup Semolina
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt
- Tomatoes
- Bell Pepper
- Onion
- Salt, Red Chili Powder, Pepper
- Pan (Greased)
Sooji is an ingredient used in many Indian dishes like Upma, Sheera, Dosa, and several others. This is a fun way I incorporated the ingredient for a fun take on bread! 🍞
