This is one of my favorite salad mixes to make and ITS PERFECT FOR THE SUMMERTIME 🍋☀️
It’s great for when that LA heat hits, but you still need a filling meal! AND ITS LOW CARB.
You can eat it with a spoon, use tortilla chips, dip sliced cucumber, or put it on top of any tacos 😍
The Recipe:
☀️ chop up one slice of red onion
☀️ cut a handful of grape tomatoes into quarters
☀️ cut one full avocado into pieces
☀️ mix all above ingredients together
☀️ add salt
☀️ add a splash of lemon juice
☀️ ENJOY
