Have no idea how to use them?
Here are 3 moves to loosen up your muscles with this amazing tool!
1. Upper back stretch/Massage
-interlace fingers and open elbows wide
-arch back or roll up and down!
-DONT: Roll under your low back!!!
2. Glute Massage!
-cross one leg on top
-roll out the butt cheek -> same side as top leg!
-DONT: sit upright and roll out your tailbone..
3. Thoracic Spinal Rotation
-back of hand on the foam roller
-roll under and back up for a nice stretch!
-DONT: over exaggerate the movement!! KEEP THE SPINE IN LINE AS BEST YOU CAN!
