Sometimes we forget one of those most important parts of your workout is the stretch/ cool down at the end!!
Without this, your muscles don’t recover as quickly and you will be sore for a longer period of time!
These are a few of my stretches that I do everyday!
Remember to go slow and breathe into each stretch!
