In 1877, Robert Paget and his crew took two popular ideas: the bicycle and the boat, and fused them together. He took that creation one step further and added a swan to the front of the pedal boat.

The swan boats only cost $11 for adults! 🤑 A pretty good deal for a scenic, one-hour trip set against the backdrop of LA.
Echo Park also offers pools and a park for family and friends. After you set sail you can grab lunch at this cute restaurant.
Reservations
All guests need to make reservations before embarking on their aquatic journeys. Wheel Fun Rentals emphasizes the safety of its customers, so participants need to wear life jackets during the one-hour excursion.
Even though you have to wear a life jacket during your rental, you must be able to swim in case of emergency.🙅♂️However, if you try to go for a quick swim in the water, you will be removed from the property.
Everyone 18 years and older can rent a paddle boat. 🔞
Boating Details
The swan boat is spacious. 👨👨👧👧If you have a party of four, two people can sit in the front and steer and the other two can sit in the roomy backseat. Echo Park swan boats accomadate up to five people.

When you're peddling on the water, feel free to explore the picteresque views. Check out the signature lotus fountain and lotus beds while on the water 🌼 and the beautiful backdrop of Downtown LA. Pedaling so much also works your leg muscles! Get that workout in!
You can pedal and cruise and steer yourself throughout the lake, and take moments to also just sit and chill and take it all in!
As long as you don't get too close to the edges of the lake, you have free reign on the water.
