Busy life often makes us forget how important is to unwind & take care of ourselves.
These are the things I do daily to take care of myself:
1. Hydrate 💦
Often we forget to drink water. I always keep water near me so I am reminded to drink it.
My favorite is:

2. Eat 🥗
Eating plenty of fresh fruits and veggies is important to our health.
I always try to make my plate as colorful as it can be with carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, radishes, beets, tomatoes, green leaf lettuce (shown in the picture).
⚠️Note: Healthy snacks are great to keep the midday hunger at bay. I always have fresh fruit (strawberries are my favorite), SlimFast Keto Butter cup (low carb), RXBar (with ingredients you can pronounce), Built bar (up to 20g of protein with less than 200 cal, big bar and delicious), Nuts (loaded with Antioxidants).

I love to read. My favorite books, I always come back to, are written by my grandma. She published 4 books in 3 languages (Serbian, German and French).
