Easy Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
14oz sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbs vanilla
2/3 box graham crackers
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate (optional)
Dip crackers in milk and place them in the pan.
Combine condensed milk with vanilla. Whip cold cream until soft peeks form. Gently fold cream into milk.
Spread 1/2 mixture onto crackers. Then place another layer of cream and finish off with another layer of crackers. Melt some chocolate and pour on top. Freeze everything for at least 6 hours. Enjoy! Prijatno!
