Here’s how to make easy and healthy 3 ingredient pancakes. The brand is Kodiak Cakes! It’s created with 100% whole grains and all you do is add water to the mixture! It’s 2g of fat per serving and 14g of protein!
Step 1: Add 1 cup of the mixture to a bowl.
Step 2: Add 3/4 cup of water to the mixture.
Step 3: Mix that together.
Step 4: This is optional, but I like to add chocolate chips! I got the ones from Trader Joe’s which are 72% cacao dark chocolate chips. They’re gluten free and dairy free!
Step 5: Add cooking spray to a pan.
Step 6: Put your mixture on the pan and make your pancakes whatever size you like!
