I love a dumbbell only workout especially if The gym is busy. Makes it fast and efficient! I am a huge fan of toning exercises. Lighter weight but higher reps so grab a lighter pair and let’s fatigue those muscles!
The sweat session:
Isometric hold 7 x 7 x 7 repeat 3 times
Hammer curl to around the world 12 x 3
Overhead Tricep extension 15 x 3
Bent over row to Y fly 10 x 3

Chest press 15 x 4
