Turmeric egg white oats! YES may sound weird but why not get a healthy dose of protein alongside a dreamy bowl of oats! 🥰
So how do you do it?
1. Cool your oats as directed in the instructions 🍴
2. Slice half of banana into fourths & fry with coconut oil (or oil of choice) & honey 🍌
3. Add 1/2 cup of egg whites, tumeric, nutmeg & cinnamon to oats once the oats are about half way done 🥚
4. Once egg whites begin to bubble and thicken pour into bowl🥣
5. Wash blueberries & place on oats than fried banana & peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) 🫐
6. Pour in desired amount of almond milk or milk of choice. 🥛
Additional tips 💡
- Add more honey if you want is sweeter !
