This rice cake toast is one of my favorite snacks. It’s a perfect mid day pick me up. Not only is it delicious but has all your macro nutrients including protein, fats, carbs. A snack you can feel good about 🥰
What you’ll need 🥑🍅
1. Rice cakes preferably the thin ones!
2. Hummus I’ve used varieties of flavors all bomb!
3. Turkey or choice of lunch meat (my vegans can skip out on this)
4. Avocado I use a 1/4 of a whole avocado!
5. 1/2 of a tomato (sliced) cherry tomatoes work great too!
6. Greens can be sprouts, arugula, cilantro, basil or even spinach
Tips 👨🏽🌾
1. This also taste amazing on toast !
2. You can add some lime for some extra flavor
3. Be careful with your rice cakes (they brake very easily!)
