I have owned/used many straighteners in the last 15 years. This straightener is so quick to heat up to the selected temperature. I have a lot of short frizzy hair. I love that I can get close to my scalp and it won't burn. It is not super hot on the sides or the top like other straighteners. I love that it can be cordless. The plate that touches your hair seals together nicely and you don't have to squeeze it, unlike all my other straighteners. There are marks on the outside to show you where it gets a little hot. Even then, you can still touch it without burning and for the first time in my life, I can stop going to the salon once a week to get my hair done, and actually make it look amazing by myself.

I really like this towel. I only use microfiber on my hair, and I like the button and loop -- it stays on so I can get things done around the house without the towel falling off my head. It's good for plopping wavy/curly hair.
