This circuit is designed for sculpting long and toned dancer legs π©°ππΌπΊ
I am using my,
Bala Bangles 1LB but this could be done without weights or you could even add a band instead!
Do each exercise for 30 seconds π₯β¬οΈ
1. Clam Shells- bring out your inner mermaid and use your outer glutes to open your knees on this move!
2. Leg Press Out - send your leg out on the diagonal and donβt forget to point those toes! π©°π
3. Point & Pulse - point leg out in front of you and pulse up & down slightly β this one burns!π₯
4. Leg swings - the key to this one is moving your leg back and forth without slouching and losing your posture! ππΌ
5. Long leg Pulses- leg stays in line with torso and finish out the set with tiny pulses!
Repeat the entire series on the left side for 30 seconds each move!
