Hi guys! So, I had my theories about this one, but I had to put it to the test anyways. Today we are finding out whether a matte liquid lipstick could ever be more nourishing than a balm. Specifically, I have a matte liquid lipstick that promises to retain the natural moisture of the lips. We will test out whether this fares better, or the balm that I own. Each have their pros and cons, which I will list below.
1. EM Cosmetics Lip Cushion Tinted Lip Balm - Angele
- nourishing (Vitamin E) and ultra balmy
- glossy effect
- not so pigmented
2. Shade M Beauty Muse Matte Liquid Lipstick - Bare
- extremely pigmented
- doesn’t dry the lips
