2) Knee taps ( usw the core ) π₯
3) 30 second sprints straight into
60 seconds 3 kick jumps + 1 jack to switch sides π¦΅πΌ
4) Mountain Climbers π
5) Plank jacks ( all the jacks) π©
6) Core bounces (on tramp) OR
core twists (on ground) π
